WHO AM I

My Journey - Everything I do comes from the heart.

I am a Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage therapist specialising in Be Activated neuromuscular activation. I am also going into my final year of a 5 year Combined Masters Degree in Osteopathy. I'm not going to lie it has been very hard on me and my family, especially Bob the Cat. 

I have spent my entire life, all 43 years of it, trying to work out what I wanted to do when i grew up. Then i stopped trying to grow up and realised you have to be a bit cheeky and a bit naughty everyday.

After a serious motorcycle accident I realised you only get one crack at it so I started doing what i loved and stopped chasing the money.

My passion is helping people achieve their individual goals, reduce pain and improve quality of life. I love passing knowledge on and seeing people grow. I know my limitations and clinical sense always takes precedent over my own agenda, for that reason I have developed a small but good list of excellent people. if I can't help chances are I know someone that can.

When I am not working you will find me studying, cycling, lifting heavy metal or riding my Harley.
