i will offer 45 minutes bookings if required but they are charged at the same as 60 minutes.
Cancellations received within 24 hours will be invoiced at 50% cancellations within 4 hours will be charged at full price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
Less than 4 hours will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
DNA's will be charged 100% of the full treatment cost.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment which need cancelling, should be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time or a charge equal to 50% of the full treatment charge will apply.
The reason for this is that other patients may have been turned away due to lack of availability. Late notification on your part can lead to the inability to fill vacant appointments. The cancellation policy gives us time to offer the appointment to another patient thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy.
