The body has two primary Goals, Breath and Move, it will do anything to achieve them and if it can't the ultimate price is paid...Dramatic???? it can be.
In reality the body will start to develop coping strategies or cheats, these allow us to achieve our daily activities, sporting aspirations and live or lives. Unfortunately these coping strategies cause other parts of the body to overwork and if this continues to happen fatigue and injury is inevitable.
through a series of Muscle strength and flexibility tests we will help you understand your bodies strategies and cheats. Then through activation which is immediate and measurable we will begin to address the strategies together.
You are your story I am interested in you and what brings you to me your injury is the symptom your experiences maybe the cause.
1- 2 -3 PATTERN
An aligned body moves in a 1-2-3 sequence pattern resulting in expansion.
Diaphragm, Hip flexors and Glutes.
These should activate first
Quadraceps, Hamstrings Abdominals and Lower back.
Tibialis Anterior, calves, foot and toe extensor and flexors, shoulders, neck upper back and chest.
